Each field has its own particular workflow and naturally each project
has its unique features. The particularities are described in the
table below the scheme.

| Preparation |
In the course of project preparation, we set the
way, which tools to use to achieve your aim and agree on the
terms of further co-operation.
In most cases, a full-scale telemarketing project is preceded
by a test project, which delivers the initial field results
and enables to set the price of the contact for the full-scale
project.
Before the test, we will sign an agreement for the test period.
During testing we usually apply an hourly rate. |
First, we analyze the relevant information
on the voice and data communications in your organization.
In case there is no suitable information, we make an assessment
in co-operation with you. Then we agree on how many operators
you will require and what should their skills be as well as
how exactly should they handle particular contacts.
Based on that we will prepare a proposal.
The price is influenced by mainly the amount of contacts (more
contacts = lesser price per contact) and the speed of reaction
required (faster reaction= higher price).
The price itself is composed of three elements: 1. monthly
fee, which includes a mutually agreed amount of contact management
services; 2. fee for handling every additional contact and
3. service set-up fee, which enables us to organize relevant
training for our team as well as to prepare the technical
side.
After you have accepted the proposal, we run the training
for our operators, prepare the technology as well as make
sure everybody relevant knows about our role in handling the
information flows of your organization.
|
As a result of preparations, we make clear whether
it is feasible to amend an existing database or create a new
one.
Depending on that we know how we will create the required database:
either the present data is sufficient or we have to add more
data.
Based on that we deliver a proposal.
In the case of extensive and complicated projects, we recommend
to run a test. |
| Test |
To launch a test we require some additional information from
you. This will serve as a basis for our internal documents,
which the operators use.
Also, we
agree on the terms of composing the sample.
In co-operation
with you we train our operators.
In the course of the test:
We call
part of the sample
Constantly
check and, in case needed, adjust the work of operators
Keep you
up-to-date with the results of the test as often as we have
agreed.
The test enables us to:
Set the
price of a contact for the full-scale project
Fine-tune
the details
|
In case required, we agree with you on the terms of a test.
Our present
experience shows that with most of the clients we proceed straight
to full-scale co-operation. |
In the case of extensive and complicated projects, in the course
of the test we set the final price for the full-scale project
and fine-tune the details required to deliver the perfect result. |
| Full-scale
project and further co-operation |
Based on the confirmed project plan, we execute the whole project.
According
to the agreement, we periodically deliver summaries of the current
status of the project, which could include an option to view
the results ad hoc over the Internet.
We constantly
check the performance of our operators to ensure an evenly high
quality and results throughout the project.
At the
end of the project, we present the analysis of the results and
make conclusions regarding this and potential new projects. |
Based on the confirmed project plan, we execute the whole project.
Contact
management projects are usually long-term in nature. To ensure
that our co-operation would constantly enhance and meet your
changing requirements, we set the procedures for periodical
communication. |
Based on the confirmed project plan, we execute the whole project.
To sustain
the achieved high quality of the data as well as modify it according
to your needs we propose that TC Partner will manage and develop
the database after completion of the project. |
